Biological Applications of Silica-Based Nanoparticles

چکیده

Silica nanoparticles have been widely explored in biomedical applications, mainly related to drug delivery and cancer treatment. These excellent properties, high biocompatibility, chemical thermal stability, ease of functionalization. Moreover, silica is used coat magnetic protecting against acid leaching aggregation as well increasing cytocompatibility. This review reports the recent advances silica-based focusing on delivery, target systems, their use magnetohyperthermia resonance imaging. Notwithstanding, application other fields also reported discussed. Finally, this work provides an overview challenges perspectives field.
